Semen is very good for you, and there are only about six days you could conceive, and at your age, it’s a slim chance anyway.
Both of these methods are non-hormonal birth control. I have my daughter on the copper IUD, and it’s been great. Zero issues. Many people don’t know the ease and convenience of a simple copper IUD.

If you want to stick with condoms, use these Trojan Supras. They are polyurethane and can stand up to natural oils because natural oils are the safest form of sexual lubricant.
The Shine product you asked about is full of icky thickeners and chemicals. Skip it. For a brand to call a product a lubricant, it has to have preservatives in it.
The best thing about natural oil is that you can wipe it right off and engage in oral sex without any nasty chemical taste. As well, your vaginal mucosa is delicate and absorbs chemicals right into your bloodstream. You never want to use those ugly drugstore products.
