Content Complaint & Violation Reporting Procedure
We take all complaints regarding our content seriously. If you believe any content on this website violates the law or our policies, please follow the procedure below.
Step 1: Submit a Complaint All complaints must be submitted in writing to our dedicated compliance intake email address: [email protected].
Please include the following information in your complaint:
- Your name and contact information.
- The specific URL or title of the content in question.
- A detailed description of your concern or the nature of the alleged violation.
Step 2: Triage and Escalation Upon receipt, our Customer Support team will log your complaint and issue a case number. All complaints alleging serious violations are immediately escalated to our designated Compliance Officer for investigation.
Step 3: Investigation and Action Our Compliance Officer will conduct a thorough investigation, which includes reviewing the content and the associated performer verification records. If a violation is confirmed, the content will be removed immediately, and appropriate action will be taken, which may include reporting to law enforcement.
