Vaginal Rejuvenation 1 to 4

This story is for women and the men who love their vaginas.

I’ve been going through three non-surgical vaginal rejuvenation procedures. I’m extremely pleased with the outcomes so far.

I had pain with intercourse. The entrance to my vagina (introitus) was tender, ever with hormone replacement therapy, engorgement and lots of lube.

I also had urge incontinence —when I thought about having to pee I had to go immediately. There is also stress incontinence, which is different. That’s the kind of incontinence where you pee your pants if you sneeze or move.

I had diminished lubrication, which is now significantly improved.

I also had flaccid labia that look SOOOOO much prettier now. I am a 56 year old woman with the vulva of a 35 year old because of these procedures.

These procedures help with incontinence, labial laxity, vaginal pain and increased overall vulva tightening and heightened sexual pleasure.

I made you videos to watch the pre-, during and post-procedure results.

I’m going to Nuvell Clinics in Scottsdale, Arizona to family nurse practitioner Cheryl Schaaf for:

➮ Femilift Vaginal Canal CO2 Lasering for vaginal mucosal tissue restoration
➮ Revive by Viora multi-RF labial skin tightening technology for reducing laxity
➮ The O Shot™ PRP injection for regenerating the clitoral structure tissue

In video one I introduce you to Cheryl and she explains the concepts.

In video two Cheryl demonstrates the machines she is going to use on my genitals.

In video three I go over what the experience was like immediately after it happened.

In video four I’m four days out from the procedures and sharing how I feel.

If you or your partner have been struggling with any vaginal atrophy, scar tissue, pain, diminished lubrication, flaccid tissue or lack of clitoral sensation, watch this saga of my rejuvenation procedures.

If you have questions, do not reply to these emails. Please post your questions ON YouTube. Thanks!

  1. Do you know of any treatment for lichen sclerosis? I’ve been prescribed a mediocre cream to use… for.ev.er. Literally. They don’t know what causes it, but my research indicates it might be auto-immune related? It is not contagious. It acts like MRSA, in that my lady parts have partially disappeared. I’m very scared. It is currently affecting my clitoris and both sides of my yoni.
