Gianna asked me how to come out the other side of menopause doing great…
“Hi, I heard you talking about HRT and still menstruating at 63. I’m 45 and would love to know what you’d recommend for supporting my body through perimenopause and keeping in tip top hormonal and sexual shape. I’m newly divorced and hope to be on the market again one day lol.” – Gianna (name changed for privacy)
At 45, I would do these things:
1) Start upping your leafy greens and beet consumption. Also, consider taking FLOW Nitric Oxide Booster for better vascularization.
2) Start adding muscle by strength training and do some HIIT for cardiovascular health. Exertion is your friend.

5) I’d also focus on sleep. Start improving your sleep score. I use an Oura ring and it’s great. Apple Watch also does it. I think FitBit does too.
6) Work on improving your gut microbiome with lots of pre-pro- and post-biotics. Weed, seed, and feed your gut. Get rid of bad bacteria and fungi like candida. Add Lactobacillus reuterii, gasseri, and crispatus, all of which support Oxytocin production and a good vaginal microbiome.
7) Keep an eye on your vitamins, minerals, and essential fatty acids. Eat a lot of olive oil, coconut oil, ghee, full-fat dairy, avocado, nuts, and seeds. Take a Multivitamin mineral complex with libido botanicals like DESIRE. Skip fried foods at restaurants.
8) Stop eating and drinking out of plastic as much as humanly possible. Taper down on alcohol. Stop “smoking” cannabis and use a vape pen like the PAX instead for better lung health.
