Watching My Skin DeWrinkle, Finally Something That Visibly WORKS

Sex appeal. Women like you who have their attention on their sexuality want to have lustrous hair, white teeth, beautiful skin, and an overall healthy glow. I’m always sharing my secrets; the one you ask me about most is how I get my teeth so white.

I use a peroxide gel in my tooth trays (you can buy tooth trays online easily). This is the one I use from Amazon. It’s $26 and lasts a good long time.

The trick is to use it consistently for short amounts of time. For 10 minutes, it will keep your teeth nice. Leaving it on too long will make them sensitive. Going more slowly yields better results.

But this is not what I’m most excited about. I want to tell you how my skin is de-wrinkling from something new I’m doing. Depending on where you live, you will have access to some or all of this technology.

Three parts to this strategy are visibly reversing the horrible crepey skin that I had on my upper arms around my biceps and above my knees. It happened in 2020 when I got that miserable long-haul covid. The virus ravaged my skin, hair, and soft tissue. I’m still mopping clean up on all the damage. I’ve been consternated by how the wrinkles barely responded to anything I did topically or internally. 

I’ve been pouring skin products into the areas. I’ve been eating my weight in collagen. I’ve been chugging hyaluronic acid. I’ve also been upping my healthy fats.

My arms and thighs have been so bad that I stopped wearing short sleeves and skirts or shorts. I HATED IT!

But now I have a success story in progress that I’m excited to share with you. Within the last month, my wrinkles have noticeably smoothed, and the skin looks much more resilient and plump even though my body fat and muscle mass have decreased.

I did a DEXA scan at the KetoCon conference, and I’m in the top 1% of my age group for bone density, muscle mass, and body fat percentage. While I cannot guarantee the same results for everyone, I would like to share the strategies that contributed to my success. 

If you can get a DEXA scan where you live, do it. It allows you to track your progress over time on these critical factors.

So what did I do that finally reversed the skin damage to the point where I watched my skin smooth out within weeks? As you know, I work out every day except when I’m traveling or don’t feel well. I have a personal trainer because I can justify the importance of building my stamina, strength, balance, and flexibility. As the CEO of two companies, a woman who has to do sometimes as many as ten podcasts, summits, or appearances, and as a public figure, I need to look sharp and feel sharp.

As a sexual biohacker, I have to walk my talk about anti-aging and longevity. And I’m working on getting my TruDiagnostic TruAge number down below 40 years. Your TruAge number is your biological vs. chronological age. I’m 61, but my physical age, based on the methylation report from TruDiagnostics, pegs me at 43.5. I’m driving that number down with senolytics, and peptides, eating more organ meats, beets, and fresh oregano, and working out daily.

Although I cannot make any guarantees, the methods I have been using to improve my skin’s appearance may also have potential benefits for maintaining a healthy biological age.

Three things in combination three times a week:

  • Doing HIIT for 20 minutes on the Vasper machine
  • Going into the Cryotherapy room at -124 for 5 minutes
  • Going in the red light therapy bed for 20 minutes

This takes over an hour three times a week. I’ll explain each of these modalities below. While I cannot provide specific percentages on each technology’s contribution, combining these three methods has positively impacted my skin and overall well-being.

I’m hooked, I tell you! Hooked!

VASPER

Vasper is an exercise bike with arm handles. It has a bunch of 20-minute High-Intensity Interval Training HIIT programs. They promote it as a one-hour workout in 20 minutes, but it’s much more.

Vasper stands for Vascular Performance. As you have learned following me, blood flow is VITAL for not only sexual health, energy, and mental clarity but overall escape velocity from future heart attacks and strokes. We have to keep our blood moving!

The machine goes beyond exercise efficiency; its benefits are the core driver of my rejuvenating skin tone. Here’s why.

Do you see the cuffs around my thighs and biceps? Those blood flow restriction cuffs are similar to Kaatsu cuffs (Google it) but are also cooled by little hoses full of cold fluid. I’m also sitting on and leaning back on a hard mat, and my bare feet are on chilled pedals.

This is the real secret to the benefits of Vasper.

The Vasper system stimulates lactic acid production by applying cooling and blood flow restriction techniques during the exercise. This may increase hormone production, although further research and individual experiences may vary. Lactic acid is the signaling system to your pituitary gland. Your pituitary gland is a master hormone control system responsible for making you:

  • Growth hormone (GH): Helps build new tissue and bone and improves metabolism and fat distribution. (Leans you out and makes you stronger.)
  • Thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH): Your thyroid regulates your metabolism, which increases your energy and helps manage your nervous system to deal with stress.
  • Adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH or corticotropin): Makes your body produce cortisol which regulates blood pressure and metabolism, including blood sugar levels, and reduces inflammation.
  • Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH): Stimulates estrogen production, which keeps us youthful, including plumping our skin, protecting our hearts, and helping with cognitive function.
  • Luteinizing hormone (LH) stimulates ovulation and testosterone production.
  • Prolactin affects fertility and sexual function.
  • Vasopressin regulates body fluids.
  • Oxytocin makes you bond with your lover and like people more. (And we could all use a little more of that!)

Weight lifting may offer similar benefits to using the Vasper system, such as stimulating hormone production and muscle growth. Muscle soreness after exercise can be attributed to several factors, including lactic acid buildup. 

With the blood flow restriction and the body cooling to push harder than average, you build way more lactic acid on the Vasper than in the gym. The more lactic acid you build up, the bigger the signal to your brain to release more hormones.

The Vasper team suggests that the unit may provide benefits such as increased growth hormone and testosterone levels, which could contribute to building muscle faster and lowering nighttime cortisol, which could aid in deeper sleep and faster recovery. However, it is essential to note that individual results may vary, and further scientific research may be necessary to confirm these claims.

Increased growth hormone production may have played a role in the improvement of my skin and muscle building. My quads and biceps are a-poppin’!  That takes up even more skin slack, smoothing my arms and legs.

Another thing about Vasper is that even though you build more lactic acid, you have fewer aches than you do with regular weight lifting. The Vasper system is designed to provide a unique exercise experience to stimulate muscle growth. It lays new tissue on top of the existing tissue. There is no tearing, only muscle building.

I’ve been working out religiously for the last few years nearly daily. I’ve been steadily getting more muscular. Since incorporating the Vasper system into my exercise routine three times a week, I have noticed improvements in my strength and body composition, including looking leaner and having better muscle definition.  The muscles are all more defined. 

I gained one pound, but I look way younger because of the shape of my body composition. 

After I ride the Vasper for 20 minutes, I rest for 10 minutes on a cooling bed. This increases your oxygen levels and endorphins by cooling down the heat you’ve generated from the six sprints you did during the Vasper session. You can see how happy I am at the end of a session. After using the Vasper system, I feel energized rather than exhausted.

I found various Vasper machines online, primarily at longevity and biohacking locations. Try one to see if it helps improve your strength, sleep, and skin, but remember that individual results may vary.

After I get off the cooling bed, I chill myself down even more.

CRYOTHERAPY

This is a cryo room that can hold a couple of people. Here I am with my friend Karl. You cover your ears, nose, mouth, hands, feet, and private bits.

CRYOTHERAPY ROOM

It’s negative -124 degrees Fahrenheit, which is 51 degrees Celsius. I started at 3 minutes, and now I go in for 5 minutes. It cools my body down about 40 degrees externally. It’s no biggie. I grew up in the cold of Philadelphia and like to ski, so I’m relatively cold-hardy. But you’d be surprised at how easy it is. 

I have this little trick. I visualize what I’m going to make for dinner. If I concentrate on something, the time flies by, and you’re done. It’s pretty lovely. It’s tightening up my skin and adding wrinkle reversal.

Cold therapy can be done in an ice bath or a cryo room like this one. It offers faster recovery from workouts and increased circulation and metabolism. It’s also used for joint pain. It’s been helping me recover from my ski accident where I tore my ACLs. My knees are much less swollen when I go to the three days a week to the cryo room.

Cryotherapy may help accelerate collagen production, improving skin elasticity and reducing cellulite’s appearance. 

And just like the cooling bed post-Vasper, subjecting your body to ultracold for a short time increases endorphins, adrenaline, and norepinephrine production — all vital for helping you have a deep sleep and literally “chilling you out.”

I lay down on it for 20 minutes after the cryo. Supposedly the cryo tricks your body into thinking it’s winter when you’re starved for light, so you soak up even more of the benefits.

Exposure to certain types of light, such as red and near-infrared light, has been associated with potential health benefits in some studies. 

There are tons of studies on the benefits of red light, but this Vasper/Cryo/RedLight stack has a noticeable improvement in my skin tone.

I’m going again tomorrow and can’t wait to get there.

  1. Your article was very good but I doubt helpful to me. I have fibromyalgia which has been exacerbated by long covid. My muscles and joints hurt all the time. RIding a bike, any kind, is impossible. I walk up 6 steps and my legs hurt and burn. I have started using a Tens unit on some muscles and joints with mild relief noted. Short walks on flat ground are the most I can do for now. All of this has definitely affected my mood and self image. I am 74 years old and wish I could go back 2 years when I was much thinner, walking an hour and a half daily, which included hills. was eating more healthy. Even with the fibromyalgia I lost weight and had good pain control with diet and exercise. Then came covid and it all went downhill. We are not all healthy individuals.
