Today, I want to talk about a sexually transmitted infection that gone untreated, can literally kill you – but when actively managed can let you go on to live your life. 

Human papillomavirus (HPV) is a common virus that can affect both men and women. It is spread through sexual contact. Getting news of being positive for HPV can be crushing. 

But did you know HPV can also be linked to cervical, anal, and throat cancers? 

With over 14 million new cases of HPV being reported each year, it is a pressing health problem that affects individuals of all ages and backgrounds. 

Understanding the connection between HPV and cancer is crucial for individuals who want to take control of their health and well-being.
