Sexually Transmitted Diseases Part 2

How do you have safe, HOT sex? Is it even possible?

How likely are you to get a sexually transmitted infection? How soon should you sleep with a new boyfriend/girlfriend/fling?

Is it vital to have the “Safe Sex Talk?”

When you’re dating around or exploring your sexuality with multiple lovers, your chances of getting an STI multiplies like horny rabbits.

That’s why today’s video is part 2 of my Sexually Transmitted Infections discussion, and it’s with my good friend, Dr. Carol Queen.

She is the author of The Sex & Pleasure Book, a sexologist for Good Vibrations (the original vibrator store), and an activist in the sexuality space.

HOW TO HAVE THE “OTHER” TALK

Having safe sex is more than just wearing condoms.

There are tests to consider and the “safe sex talk” that I recommend you MUST have with someone sooner or later if you plan on sleeping with… or already have slept with them.

But safe sex talk doesn’t have to be awkward, frigid, and embarrassing. There are ways to make it friendlier, more casual, and make each other a lot more comfortable with discussing the essential details of your sex lives.

And there are also the boundaries you have to discuss. Here are some of the topics we talk about in today’s video:

  • How to have the safe sex talk
  • When to have the safe sex talk
  • When to establish your safe sex boundaries
  • What’s a safe sex elevator speech?
  • Sample scripts from Suz and Carol
  • How to make each other feel less awkward about having the safe sex talk
  • What to do when your potential lover reacts in specific ways to your sexual past

And so much more…

Whether you’re single, dating multiple people, or with a long-term lover and interested in expanding your lovers’ universe together…

Safe sex, STI tests, and the “safe sex talk” are critical.
