Our FLOW supplement is for people in their midlife and beyond. It has 750mg of daily nitric oxide support in it, which is a safe and effective amount for the typical person to take daily.
Some young muscle-bound men take up to 6 grams of NO supplements a day to get a big pump when they work out. When you take 3-6 grams, you can feel an instant difference. However, this is too much for the average person, especially too much for anyone over 40.
