I’ll save you the 406-page, very dense and technical read by shortcutting right to David’s anti-aging tips:

  1. He takes a nicotinamide mononucleotide NMN supplement every morning along with 1 gram of resveratrol.
  2. He takes a daily dose of vitamin D, vitamin K2, and 83 mg of aspirin.
  3. He eats as little sugar and gluten as possible.
  4. He skips one meal a day and an entire chapter of his book was about the benefits of intermittent fasting.
  5. He tests dozens of blood biomarkers every few months. tracks his metrics over time.
  6. He gets his daily steps in; goes to the gym most weekends to lift weights, he jogs a bit and does a hot sauna/cold plunge.

I prefer ProLon to any other fasting option for a couple of reasons. Firstly, it’s SIMPLE. I just eat the stuff in the box when I’m supposed to and I don’t feel hungry. Secondly, the five-day fasting-mimicking diet really gets your body into autophagy.

Glucose issues lead to diabetes and cardiovascular disease as well as strokes, cancer, dementia, and Alzheimer’s. The more in good range your Body Mass Index is, the better your systems run.

Eating well. Sleeping well. Moving. And staying lean.

All in all, David Sinclair’s book is extremely technical. Unless you are a longevity geek, a doctor, or a biologist, it may be slow going to read.
