What He Wants Vs. What She Wants

low sex drive in women

“I don’t know what I want in bed… I just know what I have is NOT IT.”

You have belief systems inside you about intimacy that are not serving you. Even if I don’t know you personally, I know this about you.

That’s because we ALL do.

We all hold limiting beliefs about sexuality because of the judgments and misperceptions we’ve acquired.

I interviewed a sex doctor on my BRAND NEW and AWESOME “Sexual Vitality Summit” about how to release negative judgements about sex that are holding you back from having the passionate intimacy you crave.

(Works great if your partner is the one with the limiting beliefs, too.)

Clearing up these judgements can open you to having the most amazing intimacy.

You are the FIRST to get to sign up for a no-cost online event I’m hosting called, The Sexual Vitality Summit.

This is by far THE BEST advice I’ve ever created in my life about sexual health and libido.

And I’m not exaggerating.

Here’s my favor…

I want YOUR opinions. I really do!

Judgments are ideas we have about ourselves in relationship to sexuality that are not serving our growth and satisfaction.

Misperceptions stem from a lack of education about intimacy in a society where we never get to talk about the specifics of sex with each other. Our knowledge comes mostly from past partner experiences and what we see in the media that create massive misperceptions.

Clearing these up can open you to having the most amazing intimacy.

And once we move past these limiting beliefs, we are able to step into a more deliciously pleasurable experience with a partner.

Many people live for decades without finding who they are sexually based on endemic cultural shame.

Many people say, “I don’t know what I want. I just know what I don’t want when I see it.”

That’s a great start because looking at what’s NOT working can move you toward enormous amounts of pleasure. When you begin to release judgments, you let go of your fears, unmet desires, upsets, hurts, and negative emotions.

The episode with Dr. Brim  is part of my week-long giveaway called, The Sexual Vitality Summit. Register now to gain zero-cost access to 28 fascinating video stories about achieving more pleasurable intimacy, overcoming health issues and healing traumas.

One of my favorite parts of our conversation was when we both shared what women versus men want from intimacy. Here are some highlights, though you must watch this video to get the full benefit.

What women want:

She wants to be “taken,” desired, romanced. She needs full-body touch, more warm-up time and engorgement of her genitals — not just penetration, she needs him to stay hard for her, give her lots of climaxes, and finish when she is done. She wants balance in household responsibilities, to know her pleasure is important and her voice is heard, to be confident that outside of the bedroom her partner is going to be there for her and cherish her.

What men want:

That the feminine recognizes her beauty, that the feminine wants to receive pleasure from him, he wants to give her incredible pleasure, he wants his women to communicate what she desires so he can be her best lover.  Men love flesh, they love skin, they love fat, they love the feminine form, they want her to be uninhibited, they don’t want her to feel ashamed because it makes him feel ashamed. Men like the visual, physical and tangible aspects of intimacy including seeing women in sexy outfits or role play costumes and in lots of positions.

We all embody all the masculine and feminine inside us. No matter where you are on the gender spectrum, as you mature in your intimate life, you’ll expand, accept and experience all aspects of the masculine-feminine if you allow this expansion.

Even better, on this video Lauren and I share two more crucial techniques:

1) How, when and where to talk to your partner about unmet needs with confidence.

2) How to gain the courage to have “the conversation” with a partner.

And it’s all our gift to you. You can watch all thirty of the videos without paying a dime. If, and only IF YOU WANT, you can also purchase the videos, audios, and ebook transcripts to savor each and every one of these incredible videos at your leisure.

I’ve never found a more in-depth conversation about all aspects of our desire, libido, and lust for life anywhere.

  1. I am so looking forward to this! I lived such an inhibited life before marrying my current husband who has no inhibitions at all. I have some catching up to do. But he is great an patient. I just want to be so much more for him.
