Gosh, I love speaking from the stage! It is so nice to see you lovely people in the flesh.
I keynoted the recent Biohacking Conference, and nearly a thousand people were in the room.
First, I handed out PlayDoh® to everyone. Dave Asprey and I formed a penis. Pretty easy. Your basic banana. I explained that all the “fruit” inside the banana-shaped penis is erectile tissue. Then we reformed all the penile tissue into the three erectile tissue clusters of the female genital system: clitoral, urethral, and perineal.
Everyone was gobsmacked that women have the same erectile tissue as men, just in nooks and crannies in the vulva. And they were amazed to find out the penis is up to twice the size you see sticking out. That’s a LOTTA tumescence!
PENIS AND VULVA ERECTILE TISSUE VOLUME IS THE SAME
The kinesthetic act of forming the tissue from the penis into the clitoral/urethral/perineal system of the vulva hits home the equality of the tissue volume.
Everyone told me they didn’t realize women had as much as men. They thought the clitoris was the only tissue. Some knew the clitoris had arms and legs, but most thought it was just the nub of the glans. Most people didn’t realize there was a clitoral shaft, either.
Surprise, surprise, surprise!
Then I explained that BLOOD FLOW was as important to women as men. Men have fast-acting hemodynamics (blood flow), and women’s erectile tissue fills more slowly.
Bing! The lightbulbs started going off.
Once I had established the notion of equality of erectile tissue, I started explaining how to activate the female erection. I went on to describe that the legs of the clitoris are under the outer labia and that the arms go back along the urethral sponge (the G-Spot is not a spot, it’s a tube). And that there’s a perineal sponge under the opening to the vagina.
The fact that the vaginal pocket is surrounded by erectile tissue surprised 98% of the audience.
People approached me afterward and exclaimed their frustration that they weren’t taught these things. I explained to them that I’m monitoring the leading edge of research and distilling into simple ways to understand our orgasmic potential.
At least forty or fifty people told me they LOVED my information, especially the frank talk. After the PlayDoh® exercise, we learned how important it is to activate all the tissue in our genitals. That the more it’s loved, the more sensation it delivers.
The keys to enhanced male pleasure are to palpate deep into the buried shaft of the penis, the perineum, and the prostate.
Stimulating the mons, labia, and inside the vagina and the clitoral hood are keys to enhanced female pleasure.
Then we got into Orgasmic Cross-Training. I explained that hands, tongues, and penises increase pleasure. But using tools works well and fast!

When people complimented me, I asked them their biggest “AHA! Moment” or critical takeaway. Besides the sheer volume of “erectile engorgement who knew?!?!” responses, there was another theme.

Women approached me much more than men. In the post-#metoo world, men are much more cautious about discussing sex with women. I understand. Of the guys who did approach me, my favorite was the one wearing The Whopper black leather and silver snapped strap guys who pump used at the end of the session to maximize gains. That’s SO HOT! I know that guy is improving his gifts and is a truly inspired lover. He made my day!
It was the women — about fifty-fifty — who were in two camps.
Camp #1. “My husband/boyfriend won’t let me use toys with him.”

Those women had a twinkle in their eyes, a spring in their step (and some moistness in their panties.)
One girlfriend was so excited fantasizing about which toy her new boyfriend would choose she was practically levitating!
