Elevating Sexual Potency: Decoding the 6 Biomarkers of Libido

I have some excellent data in this email for your male sexual potency beyond the basics of getting GAINSWave treatments and using a vacuum erection device, which to me, are ground zero for a banging boner.

It turns out that having a healthy libido requires your gut microbiome to be in good working order and your detoxification pathways to be clear so your body can get rid of everything from pathogens, parasites, viruses, bacteria, and toxins from our food, air, water, health, and beauty aids, soaps, cleaning supplies and environment.

Heart health, blood sugar, hormones, fat-to-muscle ratios, and genetic data are part of the equation for excellent health.

More and more of us are taking our healthcare metrics or biomarkers as our responsibility.

I recently interviewed Dr. Myles Spar, a board-certified Internal and Integrative Medicine physician on the UCLA clinical faculty and the University of Arizona, about what we should track and what tests to get.

Myles is the author of Oxford University’s Integrative Men’s Health and has a new book, “Optimal Men’s Health: Your Guide To Being Healthy To Win.” Though he focuses on optimal performance for men, women must have these exact details and metrics to track their health.

Dr. Spar works with the NBA team and sports legends and celebrities in the LA area to give them OPTIMAL health. Here are the metrics he tracks for his clients.

The 6 BioMarkers To Track Sexual Potency:

• Cardiovascular

• Blood Sugar

• Stress

• Hormones

• Bone Health & Lean Body Mass

• Genetics

These are some of the tests he recommends:

Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, an advanced heart disease panel, and an advanced lipid panel that includes total cholesterol, LDL, HDL particle numbers, and LPA metrics.

He also recommends a Coronary Calcium Score test to assess plaque build-up. This is a CT scan and is also relatively inexpensive. He says it’s unnecessary to have the Carotid Artery calcium test if you get the Coronary Calcium Score test because they both show the same information — how much of your arterial plaque is calcified.

THE CORONARY CALCIUM TEST IS THE BEST

Metabolic testing of your insulin response, including fasting insulin, glucose (blood sugar) resistance, HOMA-IR numbers, and average blood hemoglobin A1c.

For Stress, he tests Cortisol levels and adrenal and melatonin levels.

He conducts two hormone tests, a blood test and a DUTCH or 4-point dried urine test to measure Total Testosterone, Free Testosterone, Estradiol, and DHEA. He recommends Total T be 400-950 ng/Dl, Free T 20-50 ng/Dl, and Estrogen be 10-40 ng/Dl. He likes a Saliva test from ZRT Lab as well.

For Bone Health and Body Fat, he recommends a DEXA scan and for men to be under 19% body fat. They have a body-fat and bone-density test. DEXA scans are inexpensive, and DEXA mobiles – little trucks with scanners- are often found at health clubs and health events.

KNOW THY METRICS

He also recommends three genetic tests to understand specific sexual health genes. He recommends Stratagene tests from Dan Lynch, the author of Dirty Genes, a book I’ve reviewed. These three tests are for the COMT, MTHFR, and APOE genes. Life Extension also sells these tests directly to consumers.

Specifically for men, he recommends a Penile Doppler Ultrasound before going in for a series of GAINSWave treatments and P Shots. He says it’s good to benchmark your before and after GAINSWave therapies so that you can measure the improvements.

Use the vacuum erection device with your GAINSWave treatments and P Shot.

If you can’t afford GAINSWave, a good penis pump every other day for three months is your other option. It’s designed to help reverse penile atrophy, grow new penis tissue, and improve your blood supply to your penis. Plus, pumping FEELS good. Remember, speak with your doctor before starting any procedure or using any new device to check if they’re ideal options for your current condition.

But follow the directions in my book Pump Guide for the most significant gains in the shortest time. And use the PumpSmart App to track your progress. It’s free with the link in my Pump Guide ebook.
