Hosts: To have your cross promo included on the list, simply record one and send it to Tim in .wav format, compressed and normalized to 0dB. Try to shoot for 15 to 20 seconds or so, but no more than 29 seconds. It's best not to include your music since some podcasters like to put their theme music under your dry voice read.
Make sure you mention your name, your show name, and a line or two about the essence of the show, and that you can find the show on the Personal Life Media network. For example:
Hi I'm (your name here) the host of (your show name here). Join me each week and you'll hear (fascinating tidbit about your show here). Come check us out. That's (your show name here) at Personal Life Media dot com.
