Mark Phelan is a graduate of Florida State and after someone told him "go west young man", he did. After a two year stint in Reno, dealing Blackjack and Craps, he finally made it to LA and Show Biz. With over 100 speaking roles in TV and Films, Mark also found time to get his Masters Degree in Education and write three feature film scripts.
